"September Morning" has been performed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, and always with a positive response. In commemoration of the 18th anniversary of 9/11, we would like to make the music available to more audiences, in churches, synagogues, schools and other public venues.
Unfortunately, the cost of purchasing scores and paying for musicians may preclude its performance by some groups. While we cannot help in all circumstances, we would like to help where we can.
If upon listening to the work, you would like to support our efforts to have "September Morning" performed at venues across the country, please consider becoming a "September Morning" Sponsor.
Sponsors will be acknowledged here on our website. For contributions* of $50 or more, we will send you a copy of the "September Morning" poster, signed by the composer.
Thank you for your support and consideration!
- David Kanter
* Ours is not a charitable organization, nor do we sell advertising. You will receive for your contribution the value of notices posted and/or the poster in addition to the satisfaction of supporting our efforts to get the words and music out to people who would benefit from hearing them.
